Expanding the line to three lenses, this morning Zeiss announced the Batis 2.8/18 lens for Sony FE mount. Like previous lenses in the Batis line, the new 18mm model features an OLED digital display on the barrel of the lens that displays the focus distance and the depth of field.

The new lens joins an 85mm f/1.8 and 25mm f/2 in the Batis line. All three lenses mount to Sony FE (full-frame E-mount) cameras will full functionality, including all metering modes and accurate autofocus.
